Parmesan Chicken Bake

I was really excited to try this because I love cheese and I love chicken.  Seems fairly simple because it only involved 6 ingredients.   So away we go....below the link where I found the recipe

Parmesan Chicken Bake(adapted from Food.com)
6 chicken breasts
1 C light mayonaise or greek yogurt (I have done 1/2 of each as well)
1/2 c fresh parmesan cheese, plus more for the top
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray the inside of a 9x13 glass pan. Lay the chicken inside the pan.
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over each piece of chicken, being sure to cover all the exposed raw meat (so it doesn't dry out.) Sprinkle on a bit more fresh parmesan over all the chicken.
3. Bake for 45 minutes. This dish is even better the next day, so just reheat in the microwave

So I started off with getting everything together (i like the shredded parm in a bag) I only use best foods, because I think it gives EVERYTHING the best flavor

I sprayed the dish with PAM and laid the chicken down, then I spread the mixture all over the chicken and made sure to use every last drop.


In the oven it goes for 45 minutes.  I have to find things to do like clean the house and do the dishes to make the time go faster.  The smell of the chicken is amazing and is making my mouth water.  Finally the buzzer goes off and I can't wait....no need to pull it out of the pan i'm diving in with my fork.  The chicken was really moist and has a great flavor right off the bat.  However when the good stuff slides off the chicken the chicken becomes a little bland.  So my guess is to make more sauce to spread of the chicken so there is enough to go around every little bite.  All in all it was a great meal and would mostly likely make again.
